doo doo meal.
i have no idea what is the light brown stuff, i’ve been calling it ground millet. it comes in a bag labeled “TALIBF CHEIKH MAHFOU Transformation de Céreal -Thiakry -Arao -Thiéré….” yes, four periods. i prepare it by pouring hot water over it and letting it sit for a bit. here i mixed it with herbs( fresh tarragon and oregano) and beans.
and the fried chopped hardboiled egg on top of asparagus? i read about it this weekend, and even though it’s a bit more work than plopping a poached egg on top, i think it’s great for stretching a couple of eggs if you’re cooking for several people.
